Mansfield Winemakers: Serenity Spring Lunch
Mansfield Winemakers and top local chefs will present the Serenity Spring Lunch on Sunday 26 November 2017 at Bonnie Doon. Nestled in the renowned High Country district, local vineyards capitalise on the unique cool climate terroir, nurtured by pristine waters, fresh alpine air and rich fertile soil.
The Serenity Spring Lunch is an exclusive experience for food and wine lovers, featuring a handcrafted degustation and live jazz entertainment, celebrating the season and the bounty of food and wine it brings.
Mansfield Winemakers ambassador Susan Kinloch says she’s excited about this inaugural event showcasing the region. “We are fortunate to have some of Australia’s most talented winemakers in our region. Combine that with local chefs passionate about provenance and you have a match made in food and wine heaven!”
Executive chef Glen Hughes of the Bonnie Bar and guest executive chef Ben Davies of The High Country Food Company will handcraft a six course feast matched with the award winning local wines of our dedicated vignerons. Guests will arrive to pre~lunch drinks, take in the Bonnie Doon serenity and relax to the cool sounds of The Harvey Club Jazz Band throughout the day.
